Reference *** - Home without electricity for a month

This home has been without electricity for a month now. It's impacting the kids' school. They have to use candles to do their schoolwork and have no access to the internet. It's very challenging because you cannot cook and store meals for the kids and you need to buy takeout which becomes very expensive for the household.

We've been to Eskom 4 times. Waited 5 days after they said 3 days and refused to allow her to speak to the manager. Last Friday they said they would come and until today nothing has been done.
