Reconnection of my electricity

Hello Peter I am having difficulties with Eskom s reconnection for months and been going to eskom almost everyday with no help. I call, email and visit branches, 4branches I visited,chloorkop,megawatt,morning side the other one is in Edenvale forgot its name and I don't get assistance I get in contact with security guards with attitude and they won't direct me to the right person but all I need is a reconnection add I made payment of the fine I was charged with.

I am on my way to eskom chloorkop as we speak with a heavy heart it's been7months of no electricity. We love in the dark with the kids and they accidentally burned the bath tub.
