Reconnection fee

I paid R6053. 00 to Eskom for reconnection. I stay in a complex in Soweto. it's five people who have paid including myself. The run around that the station manager by the name of Percy Radebe is giving us is not fair. the agreement was that a person pays first then they come and reconnect. It has been 2 months without electricity.
