Receptionist refused to accept a Bursary Applicati

My son is presently in his 1st Year at the University of Bloemfontein studying a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences. The university informed him about a bursary/scholarship being offered by Eskom, so he completed the forms, then sent them down to me to sign as a parent. <br> I signed the documents & organized for Dawn Wing Courier services to deliver it directly to Eskom in Johannesburg. On the application form it states: All scholarship bursaries can be hand delivered to the below address:<br> MEGAWATT PARK<br> Maxwell Drive<br> Sunninghill<br> Sandton<br> I also addressed the envelope to the: Student Development Department (as per the application form)<br> Dawn Wing went to deliver the parcel only to be told by the receptionist that it's not addressed to anyone, so she won't accept it.<br> The Application Deadline was on the 31 July 2015. I sent the parcel via courier on the 29th July to ensure that it arrived on time. The courier cost me R240.00 & to date, I still don't know why the receptionist would not take the parcel. I feel this is absolutely ridiculous, poor service & a really bad attitude to have as a receptionist<br>
