Raditsila Street Tsskane Ext 5 waiting 4 months for new transformer and no one cares to update us

Can we please have feedback on this complaint. It is now yet another Friday and that means another week gone with Eskom Nigel and their Head Office doing nothing to help the people. We are once again left in the dark with no hope of when our lights will be turned back on. We have taken to the streets to protest with politicians taking a chance to strengthen their campaign for the upcoming local elections while pretending to bring service delivery closer to the people. I need an answer detailing what your office has done since the complaint was raised and what the holdup is on Eskom's side that is taking so long to fix.
