Quotation for power supply

I app**** for new power supply for my company and was told it would take 30 days for a quote to be generated, now is day 38 and the town planner has not even bothered to come back to me with feedback. Another gentleman said money make things go faster, so in a nutshell they want me to bribe them to do a job that they are paid for,why? It takes City Power Jhb 3 days to give out a quote, why does Eskom need 30 days to do the same thing 😡😡😡😡😡
