Power went down due to thunderstorm at around 20:30. We reported the outage to ESKOM and soon two employees from Alexandria (50 km from our farm in the Southwell area, Port Alfred) came out to the farm to attend to the problem. Although the problem was elsewhere, it was soon fixed and by 23:30 we had power again! <br> We were so please to find such dedication and friendliness, although it was raining and late at night, they still took the trouble to immediately attend to the problem!
