promises not kept

<p>I stay at Doornkop ext1 (Matholesville) Soweto. Today is my 5thday without electricity, from Sunday I had called and Eskom promised to sent Technicians. On tuesday about 19:00, two of Eskom technicians came, and isnpected the problem, when they were asked about the problem or reason we don't have electricity, they told us "cable", and according to those technicians, "it's not gonna take long, just to change the cable and problem solved. We'll be back tomorrow (wednesday). Today it's thursday, still no electricity. Today is the 16th of June 2016, I am reminded of 16 June 1976, am i to do what took place then for things to change? ESKOM i do buy electricity and just for a cable, i have to be without electricity for days. Does this mean ESKOM buy parts only when they are needed? I guess those technician are still driving to Britian to buy a cable for my area. Empty promises, very very disappointed with ESKOM </p>
