Prolonged power outage

Eastern cape eskom service is so pathetic, it's almost a month now our home is out of power. Technician says they went to change our meter box as it is fault, according to them they say they had no access to premises but it all a lie they just lazy to do their job because there's always someone at home. Even if they had no access no one called to tell us to log another case.
