The issue was reported the following day; however, to date, no action has been taken. The prolonged outage is having a significant impact on our daily lives. Some of the residents work from home and rely on a stable electricity supply to perform their duties. The continued lack of electricity is negatively affecting productivity, communication, and our ability to meet work commitments. In addition, households are experiencing considerable inconvenience as essential day-to-day activities cannot be carried out normally. Also concerned that the website does not provide a clear mechanism for logging escalations or following up on unresolved service requests, making it difficult for residents to obtain assistance.
