Prolonged electricity outage

We have since haven't had electricity due to transformer burst at SUB OF FARM WAGENDRIFT in Vryheid, Swart-Mfolozi from the 18th of December till today. The said part is we pay for electricity every month and we will be bombarded with the bill for the electricity we didn't use. Its frustrating how *********** and inconsiderate Eskom, Vryheid is. We've been in the dark for the whole December holidays. Its disgusting !! I wish we had other alternative because surely they don't care about their clients.
