problem with eskom

Please help me and my home made an *****y on the 29 of June 2023 that we don't have electricity it's almost a month now that we don't have electricity.we kept on reminding them everytime we are calling they say we must remind again after 24 hours ,okay a week after my complaint they came to my village to fix electricity from another house that made an query way after me ,we asked them to also help us and show them reference they said they won't do that. Okay Friday last week I called again they said it's booked to be done last week Friday bt never came now when I follow up on my query it says electricity fixed and query cleared 😥😥😥😥now we had to make a new complaint with a new reference which will take another month I guess 💔
