Prepaid meter not connecting

We had an unannounced power outage on the 23rd August 2021 at around 11am and it was restored at around 7pm. I found that my Nyamezela Meter was not connecting and I went to the neighbour to get power to and bought electricity to see if that could also have been the problem but it still would not connect. Called eskom knowing that would not be able to assist but would send a technician out the next day 24 August 2021. *** and I have called 4 times and still no technician from Polkadrai. **** service to say the least, **** meters because this is not the first occurence with it where it does not want to work.

Agents only work from 9am - 4pm ( They need competition )
