Prepaid meter conversion

I would like to vent out the bad service I got from Eskom regarding prepaid meter conversion, I was sent a quotation by Gloria and I signed it and sent it back to her last year but I have been doing follow ups with emails but no reply from her regarding the application and she doesn't even answer the phone, can anyone from Eskom please assist, my account ID is ***
