Prepaid meter and follow up on previous reference numbers

in 2019 my lights were switched off and when I went to Eskom, a prepaid meter was allocated to me. I could not load electricity on the prepaid meter, I took the matter up with Eskom on the same week, was told that someone will come and assist and was given so many reference numbers. The two ref numbers that I currently have with me relating to the 2019 issue are ***/ *** and the others are in my diary at the office of which I cannot access now due to COVID. No one came, was never given feedback or way forward instead the lights were switched on.

The electricity was switched off again on the 26 June 2021. On the 28 June 2021 went to Eskom in Diepkloof and was given a ref number ***, Eskom banking details and was instructed to pay R6052.60. I asked what the money was for and was told that my electricity was *******ly connected. (I was never even aware that the lights were *******ly connected since 2019 as I took the matter up with Eskom then and waited for them to revert back to me, of which they never did).I told the guy who was assisting me the I have more that 5 reference numbers which were given to me in 2019 when I approached the same office regarding problem I was encountering with the prepaid meter allocated to me and he insisted that I pay the money, keep my receipts and complain later. On the same day 28 June 2021, I paid the R6052.60, gave them the proof of payment as well as copy of my identity document and I was told that my call will be dealt with within 72 hrs.

Today I went to Eskom offices in Diepkloof again to inform them that I still do not have lights, was told to buy prepaid electricity of which I did, went back to them and was given other numbers to punch on the prepaid meter before loading the units I bought. I went home, followed instructions given to me and still no electricity. I went back to Eskom and was told to wait, the technician will come through. I waited up until now I still do not have lights. How long should I wait?
