Prepaid electricity not installed since early june

we have requested installation of prepaid electricity since early june but still it has not been installed.today on the date 20th july i went to the zola Soweto eskom offices to find out why , but no assistance was provided , i thought this is what Eskom wanted for us to use prepaid but when we want it they dont want to install it
