Prepaid Electricity

My name is Gift Thutse, I bought prepaid electricity at BP service station in Protea Glen, when I tried to load the electricity it was rejected by the machine, I called eskom and they said the problem is with the SL number, they have updated it on their system and a technician will contact me between 4 and 7 hours, the current electricity is running out and I haven't received a call, as a paying customer is this fair
