Prepaid always off-line

<p>For the last 6 weeks,the prepaid service at most oulets has been constantly off-line.Even through my internet banking,they give you an error status,but takes your money anyway.You don't receive a sms with reference number or helpline to call.Nothing,the money is just gone..and still no electricity.The one time,I had to boil a kettle and my kids and I had to bath out of a basin,because it was my last money.Today 17/7/16 is a Sonday.The prepaid service is off-line everywhere in Nelspruit,so I can't buy power.I can't warm my food,do my c****s or even listen to music..So we don't have loadshedding this winter..fabulous,but it helps nothing if we can't eve buy electricity.</p>
