Pre paid problems

Our power when off on Friday morning the 7th, we lodged a complaint on Saturday morning. Since then nothing has happened.

We phoned again yesterday and got a ref number ********** and they told us someone will be here by 10 this morning.... it is now two hours later and they keep telling us the will follow up.

What can we do to get this problem fixed?
