Power supply quote

Eskom is the worst service provider I have come across and would never recommend it to anyone for that matter. I requested a new power supply and was told it would take 30 days for me to get a quote from them,today is day 48 with now correspondence from Eskom. Is it because they are the only power provider in our area and they don’t take us seriously? Eskom you are disgusting to say the least.
