Power supply problem

My Mother have a problem with Eskom since 2023.The meter box in her house tripping and is not save for lives.She reported the issue with Eskom till date 2025 she didn't get any assistance.As am speaking now she is the dark the is no supply at all all.The meter is not working and when call Eskom they just told her they with escalate,from 2023 till 2025 still escalating.She have several references but they never attended to her problem.*** *** *** Ref;*** every time when you call they give new reference how crazy is this?My plea is for Eskom to come and assist my mother coz this is terrifying to consumers.Today I called I spoke to consultant by the name of Lebogang and she told me that we need to go and speak to supervisor in the station.My mother did that before but she never gets any help.Eskom people please be considerate to the consumers.As for now am ****ed with Eskom as the meter now is not tripping,is dead I can't even talk about the damages on the appliances due to this problem.Eskom people please do your duties and playing with people.
