Power supply poor

The last 3 weeks power supply has been on and off up to 12 times a day!! I live in Memel in the Free State and not sure what they are doing but this is creating problems with my appliances. We are supp**** direct from Eskom and it is now 8-15am and it has been off and on twice, hope I get to finish this without power interruption! The street light which took nearly 2 months to get fixed lasted 4 days and is now gone AGAIN. Reference for this is ********** 94. PLEASE HELP I cannot carry on changing outside light globes at 8-30pm in the pitch dark.
