Power shuts destroying appliances

I have a concern about power problem I reported yesterday Ref *** Not yet attended so far,but on enquiry on Eskom customer care it said that the matter was attended,IT IS A LIE, nobody came to fix the problem, when switching the fridge, kettle or stove the lights go off.Today is the second day without assistance,may your good office assist as urgent as possible.The food is rotting in the fridge and our home is becoming contaminated with flies .
