Power outages

We’ve been having the same issue every second or third month were our electricity just stops working and when it does we go weeks or even months without power before eskom comes and restores our power. Reference numbers: ***, ***, *** all these from between September 2024 - July 2025. I called the call center and spoke with the manger Sesethu as per her “ she's the only manger” at the helpdesk. I asked her to escalate my matter to the dispatch team and she just tells me she can’t and she will not help me. These woman made so much excuses other than helping. Can someone please advise what is the next step to take so I can get help and not sit without electricity for a month as previous cases ?
