Power outage without notice, since Christmas day

In Bizana, Sunduzwayo area we've had power outage without notice since Christams day morning. We could not cook for Christmas because there is no eletricity. A lot of food went off from our fridges. We called eskom and they promised to send a technician yesterday but no one came, we called again later, no one was answering we were put on hold until my airtime got finished. When we finally got hold of them they promised to come again but they didn't. Weve called eskom 3 times, they kept saying they will send a technician. We are still waiting for eskom right now.
