Power outage that is affecting our area

I'm in KwaZulu-Natal residing at iNkosi Mtubatuba Municipality Riverview

Our Kiosk got burned on Monday Last week the 12 August 2024 which affected us and the school surrounding at the area.. we don't even have water due to the power outage because our pumps are using electricity.. We even went to eskom Mtubatuba Substation but they didn't help us. as we have a Reference Number *** which we reported a Case
