Power outage since Saturday

We have been waiting for Eskom to come and fix our power outage since Saturday when we call they just give us reference numbers everyday till today we still waiting for someone to come and help us we still waiting the landlines we call they just tell us that they did send someone in our area some they just redirect us from Polokwane to Turfloop offices
