Power outage since February to date

we had power outage since February its now May several times we have reported but we are not being assisted,there has been faults in other houses in the area and when we run to the cars trying to explain the problem they always say we haven't reported i have two reference numbers *** and *** this is so frustrating as there is someone who has treatment that must be kept in the fridge, imagine power outage from Feb till to date
