Power outage, Ngcobo, Eastern Cape

As from the 30th of November, we lost electricity at my home. We contacted, Eskom and have not gotten any help till this day. This is so unfortunate for us, because we are a large family and we have lost food items approximately for R3000 as we had to dispose rotten food. We have saved throughout the year for the groceries. This is hurting and frustrating.
