power outage in Bramfischer ext 2- Dobsonville

we experienced a power outage in Bramfischer ext 2 in Dobsonville since yesterday due to rain, up to now we have not received any help after several attempt to Eskom customer services with Reference number: ********** 16. they promised to dispatched technician but until now no assistance has been received.

Lack of professionalism and failure to provide services is what we are experiencing currently......especially in this cold weather wherein we have to use cold water in the darkness. hope eskom will take the people they service seriously
