Power Outage for over a week that is not attended to

I am so disappointed in Eskom's customer service. We haven't had electricity for over 7 days now. We have been calling Eskom's contact center and every time i follow up on the previous reference it has been closed or cancelled for some weird reason.

I have small kids in the house and a sick mother. I am unable to cook for these people because no one is attending to our call logged.

Nobody seems to care or know what is going on . The previous call that was logged was for ref no *** and when i call to follow up on it, it has been cancelled
