Power outage endagering our lives

I have logged four different calls, ********** 970, ********** 73, ********** 77, ********** 83 since Mon, 27 Nov 2017. Three have been closed without attending to the issue. My house is still without power. We have since been burgled as a result. Living in a plot this lack of power is risking our lives.
