Power outage

My electricity has been off since the 3rd march 2025 and I have been calling their national helpline, I even lost count on how many reference numbers I have been given. The regional office in khayelitsha is by far the most useless office,,I have been visiting them no luck..their phone number only makes calls if you try to call them it's engage.. They always call me after 5pm or on weekends to ask if my power is back on... Eskom is the most evil entity after the government.. Detached from reality..
