Power outage

I'm am so very angry and disappointed in ESKOM we had a electrical fault on Wednesday just before 11 hrs in the morning resulting in the whole block of 4 houses without power meter boxes blank. With meter no *** I reported at chatbot but all they give is reverence numbers what must I do with that.Eskom you don't feel anything for nobody we must just pay our ass off for electric.If I had the money I wud easily switch to something else but I don't .Theres pensioners and children staying in our block do you think it's fair..I need you Eskom to please to us why the delay ...thanku
