Power outage

I am writing this email with frustration because since last week I had no electricity and I have a 3 year old that must go to school every morning and she uses cold water to bath. I pack her cold lunch everyday because of no electricity. My mother is also diabetic and her insulin must be kept cool in the fridge, with the lack of electricity that being impossible and putting her health at risk. At this point I am livid, frustrated and ****ed because I have been reporting the issue but no resolve is coming for it
