Power outage

Today is the 6th day (outage from 02/09/2023) without electricity, our meat is rotten and we just bought it month end, you need to do something about fixing this outage and we want compensation for the money we wasted wrc we now we cannot get through your call centre we have useless references given by your agents when we reported initially 03/09/2023 and the complaint but I don't see you doing anything
