Power outage

I have been calling eskom , I haven't had electricity since Sunday, I am using pre paid meter , there's no power in the property, I have called the contact center and eskom diepkloof no response, the supposing technician isn't here , the last consultant I spoke to , hanged up the call. I have no means to be else where, Ref ***
