POWER OUTAGE 4 DAYS IN A ROW!! FAULTY CABLES

its been four days in a row Calling the Eskom contact center to report power outage, <br> everyday they give me a story to wait 4 to 6 hours to get the matter sorted those hours will pass , they say there is a fault around the area when i tell them 5/6 houses are affected by this but this fault has not been fixed since last week !!!! this is totally unacceptable because we are using a prepaid meter yet we not eve benefiting from it!! we pay for a service that we do not get, the outage will start from 6:00 till 2:00 the next day , how are we supposed to live and did i mention that their branch is just 5 minutes away for them to send technicians shouldn't take 6 hours or 5 days !! i dont blame the people that strike i think that's the language ESKOM is prepared to listen to
