Power off for 5 consecutive days

Tshegofatso Sereko here ,Were struggled with power for over 5 days we called no response we even made a peaceful strike to encourage them to do better but they told us that they won't help us with no procedure followed but we called them a day after the power went out now they are telling us about the procedure, I Live in South Africa North West Province Mafikeng In a village called Ramatlabama Miga Next to the Border our Food inside the fridge are rotten some don't know what they gonna eat until month end because food has gone to waste .
