Power off

<p>I am so disappointed of the service that am receiving from Eskom this past week. </p> <p>I have been calling with the same issue that my house does not have electricity. My address is 4589 Block 6 Doornkop Dobsonville 1874. Your *********** technicians have been coming through my hood fixing the transformer then later after 2 hours we don't have power and the rest of my neighbours have electricity. </p> <p>Considering the fact that am one of the loyal paying customers in my area, purchasing prepaid electricity every month without thinking of bridging like the rest of them makes me sad. </p> <p>Can your technicians please try to find a permanent resolution regarding my house not having power, and stop fixing that stupid transformer as its not helping in any way. </p> <p>Reference number for the previos calls: ***, ***. </p> <p>RF for the transformer: 128/7/1</p>
