I sent this e-mail 27 days ago, however Eskom has continued to undermine us as community and customers.
The situation as per my email below has not been attended to, and this treatment is gossly unfair,
I am asking again, why does this happen to us? When is this going to be addressed, if ever Eskom is going to do anything about this matter. Themba Mnguni Sent from my iPhone

To whom it may concern
ELECTRICITY SUPPLY INTERRUPTIONS METER NUMBER ***
I Themba Bongani Mnguni ID No. *** 080, would like to lodge a formal complaint about electricity interruptions at Mzingazi Reserve where I reside. For the past two months electricity has been interrupted from 17:00 pm and it comes back at 21:00 pm every day without fail. Eskom has not notified us about this and it is something that we must just accept. I find this very unacceptable; the level of service is very sub-standard. Moreover, we are subjected to additional costs despite having to spend money on electricity, which has exorbitant tariffs. We now need to spend money on other energy solutions, like gas. If this interruption is a result of loadshedding, then we need to be advised as such, although a four (4) hour load shedding would also be very concerning. It should be noted that this problem does not affect the entire area, it only affects part of the community, which makes me believe that this has got nothing to do with load shedding.
Could someone look into this matter and advise if there are any intervetions Eskom is willing to come up with, as this is very unfair to the community
Your urgent response will be highly appreciated
