Power faulty

Eskom is not taking people serious,we logged a fault on 10 December 2025 till today no one came to check the fault.When you call them they will say they have a backlog.The problem here I am logging this call for elderly people their food is been rotten due to this problem.Today is 18 December when I call them again they still tell me about backlog.So if things is like this who is supposed to help us because people are struggling and no one is willing to assist.Today i spoked with Zandile Magagula and she also told me a backlog thing.***.If there is a conscious person in Eskom please assist this people.This people are staying at Nokaneng,masoganeng section.
