Power failure in Moqokolweni Tsolo EC for the past 3 days.

I am on holiday in my village in Tsolo Mqokolweni, we had a bad weather on Friday, thunderstorm and lightning and this didn't last long but we lost electricity supply, we immediately reported the problem to eskom client service centre , their response is as follows, they have reported the problem to their employees in my area but it might take up to 7hrs for them to attend to this problem. I have made the call Friday, Saturday, Sunday and this morning. This problem isn't new it has been like this ever since they installed electricity in this village but their response has been better before in fixing it, this time is an issue because the food in the fridges is rotten, we are loosing money because of this, my plea is for someone who can assist in asking eskom technicians to come and help us in this village to atleast come and fix this problem properly this time to avoid re-occurrence.
