Power failure

I have a problem with electricity where I stay and I am the only one affected, I'm based in Mount Ayliff at Betshwana A/A my name is Ncediwe Sigenu ID number *** my cell number is ***. I reported the matter at eskom in Mount Ayliff and they kept on promising to change transformer but they are not delivering as per their promise what worries me the most is that I am the only one affect in my area and seemingly eskom in mount Ayliff does not treat my query with sense of urgency.
