Power failure

<p>My name is Tiny,we have been phoning eskom almost everyday for the past 1 week till today experiencing eletricity cut off each and everyday.below are my references </p> <p> ********** 51</p> <p> ********** 08</p> <p> ********** 45</p> <p> ********** 94.We call eskom and after a few hours it will be fixed and within 10 minutes the power will be off again.We do not afford to be phoning eskom daily for one problem and l do not understand what the real matter is that your technician can not fix the problem.what is it that we need to do to get a permanent solution from Eskom.We are so dissappointed.Today at 5:47pm l phoned eskom and was given this Ref ********** 94 and after an hour it was fixed ,but 10 minutes it's gone AGAIN.PLEASE HELP ESKOM</p>
