Power cuts

<p>We get power cuts more than anything. Today we had power cuts twice and no reason, we have to call them each time we experience this as if they don't know as it's showing on their system. Then you will be told the transformer can't take the volume but why aren't they upgrading? They also tell us that we need to upgrade our electricit per house & that will cost about R6 - R7000 so we don't get power cuts but funny the light goes of to people who don't have flats but the ones with flats have lights! Our appliances are getting damaged& food is spoiling, please help us.</p>
