Power cut while paying for electricity

As a prepaid customer we as the community of White city Jabavu, our sub-station is always tripping after the load shedding especially around the 25th every month. the electricity is not coming back in our area and we always report and all we get is we are told the technicians will come and assist which haven't since Sunday and Monday the 4 April 2022. We have to throw food as we don't have storage. this is the last ref *** I got and told the technicians are come to fix the problem. The sad thing is non paying people are always attended and their electricity is on.

I don't know if this platform can assist us for a permanent solution. we are not treated fairly as a paying customer.
