power cut off.

I have been without power supply for over a month now. I went to our nearest Eskom offices (malamulele) and the guys were not showing interest on attending to my grievances. I then contacted the Eskom whatsap team and even called the number and I was given a reference number. I am still waiting for them to attend to me and it has been over a month now. ESKOM has disappointed me as i have been without power supply for over a month. they don't care even though I buy units and remained a loyal customer since 1997. poor service of note.
