Powe failure calls closed but still no power

I am so deeply disappointed in experiencing such bad service for the first time from Eskom. I’ve been logging calls from Thursday 18 Sept as our power is off and each call is closed saying the technicians fixed it yet we tested the meter from the street and there is no power. I have no idea how to get this resolved. Ramsgate KZN area
