Poor to none customer service

If I could there will be no rating at all a big fat 0 My elderly parent living on a small holding in North West Brits are without electricity for more than 48 hours they can not pump water as well the fridges can not be kept cold so now they have to maintain this with a generator and that is extra expenses for them as well as the security system, Eskom employees visited the premises now they are waiting for a truck and an authority number to fix the problem........but my pensioner parents still have to pay for rent of the cables transformers impact studies and what ells but they can not use the service this is exploitation at its best.
